We have skating for everyone, whether you are a beginner or a national champion! Learn to speedskate in a fun, friendly environment with experienced coaches. Speedskating is excellent cross-training for many sports, including cycling, triathloning, and inline skating. Members are grouped by age and ability to accommodate all levels. Longer, 1-1/2 hour sessions focus on developing properskating technique, strength, endurance, and power.
